As an Intimacy Coordinator, Andy is a collaborative choreographer and physical storyteller who understands what it's like to be on both sides of the camera. She has completed Intimacy Directors and Coordinators Intimacy Coordinator training, a SAG-AFTRA accredited program, and is currently certification pending. Her intimacy training also includes training with Intimacy Directors International, Theatrical Intimacy Education, and Intimacy for Stage and Screen. Andy is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is familiar with all union, state, and federal laws in regard to nudity and sexual performance standards. Additionally, she has training in Sexual Harassment Prevention, Allyship, Bystander Intervention, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Implicit Bias Recognition, Conflict De-escalation, and Mediation.

In addition to Intimacy Coordination, Andy brings over 20 years of experience in theatre as an actor, director, and movement professional. She is also a freelance Intimacy Director and a member of the Acting Faculty at the University of Texas at Austin, where she is the Resident Intimacy Director.
